The Paloma Resort

I got to enjoy the Hotel for one day the rest of the time we dealt with the weather....

Both hotels need a little refurbishing and maybe a little more employees.. What I've always disliked is having to check in at 4pm and check out at 11Am you lose a day... Oh yeah, once again the lighting or the lack of !! The blinds are in need of replacement or repair, when shut the blinds are open just enough to see in into the bathroom!!

Enjoyed our stay at The Paloma. The pool is nice with good happy hour prices. The room was good as well with lots of room. Toiletries like conditioner was not refilled. Overall good stay, would recommend but unsure if I would return given other options in Palm Springs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! While the photos look beautiful and you think it will be a good stay, it is not worthy of your money. I stayed one night at this hotel with my two boys. My son just finished chemo treatment and we needed an easy, clean, place to stay on our way to move out to CA from AZ. There was DOG POOP UNDER THE BED and A USED PACIFIER ON THE COUCH. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!!! I was beyond disgusted. You always hope the room is cleaned well but DOG POOP?!?!? and a USED PACIFIER?!?!?! Are you joking?!?!? It was clear that they didn't even attempt to ensure the room was clean to any standard. What is even crazier is the complete lack of any sort of customer service to fix it and accommodate me for this. I spoke with the person at the front desk. She told me that the manager was not in at the moment but that they will call me. I asked when they'd be back so I can speak with them and they said that he just comes and goes as he pleases. I NEVER GOT A CALL. A month later I finally got an email back after several attempts to connect with them via phone, text, and email. I even tried to contact the parent company and received NO response. I waited over two months to submit a review because if they accommodated me in any way I would see that as an effort to make their wrong, right. BUT NOTHING. The manager Bryan emailed me (never ever called like they said they would) and said he would look into it and I was never accommodated in any way. DON'T STAY HERE unless you want to sleep in a bed that has dog poop underneath and absolutely ZERO customer service.

Amazing pool bar staff!

Cute spot with historic roots of Palm Spring. Offer pickleball, bike, pool, jacuzzi, lots of areas to lounge.

Due to the wind the pool and hot tub did get a bit leafy but that is out of their control.

Clean and comfortable. Good communication. Only there for one night. Great shower

We stayed inc night here during a heatwave & it was the perfect getaway! We chose it because it was dog friendly. We enjoyed the pool, great cocktails, plenty of nice outdoor seating areas, really nice front desk service. Cute hidden gem! Would visit again.
