Spacious, near the facilities, good shower, comfortable bed.

We had no gas when we arrived so had no heating or hot water on our first night (in December). The host apologised and has offered us a partial refund (not yet received). The WiFi and DVD player didn’t work. We had to replace the batteries in the TV remote. There were no curtains / blinds in several of the rooms, including the second bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom door handle has been damaged so couldn’t be used to lock the door The kitchen has only the basic provisions

We have booked the same caravan (for ourselves and family) previously, despite numerous issues. There won’t be a time though and certainly won’t be booking any of this hosts caravans again. We arrived after travelling for 2 hours to find that the host had already booked people into the caravan. Attempted to call the host a number of times including texts and WhatsApp to find out what was happening. No response or explanation.

Booking was cancelled while driving to the venue, 2 hours before the potential check in time of 3pm. Absolutely disgusting situation with 2 young children trying to find alternative accommodation last minute with nothing similar around.

Lovely caravan with decking and comfy seating outside. Great location. Close to Morecambe seafront easy to walk to. The caravan was adequately clean, comfortable seating/beds. Towels/bedding/toilet roll also provided. Also nice and modern plenty of room. Good size TV and plenty of board games.

Not enough culterly/no grill and the oven takes along time to cook your food. However it was easy to use.

Toilet door broken locked, couldn't use rest room for few hours after arrival. Very poor cleaning, it's time to exchange mattress. Very uncomfortable.

The location was great!

It smelt! It was dirty and the owner didn’t care, we go there and they never sent us instructions how to get in, there is no WiFi it doesn’t work, all the board games having missing parts and the tv won’t come on! When I messaged the owner he just apologised and didn’t really show any compassion! Awful! Full of dog hairs on the bedding it made us feel sick, we left a day earlier

No wifi, caravan wasn’t cleaned properly, dirty bedding even found a dead spider in one of the beds, no kitchen or bathroom bin, fridge stunk , ants running about all over the kitchen and stained sofa.
