"The worst caravan stay experience"

Nothing to mention

Host is a genuine fraud and has misled us initially in terms of issue resolution. Not at all responsive other times. Doesn’t have even basic values and decency. Property smells , not at all airy. Not for families with children Out of gas on first day and no gas heating available for the 2nd and 3rd days

Disaster as this company and owner know.gas bottles empty on arrival on Friday therefore no heating etc. Had to find a hotel for the evening. Went bk sat morning bought a fan heater as no idea when gas was coming. Gas arrived at 1130am Saturday evening going to bed to find bedding still damp. Left a day early on Sunday 10am informed owners. No contact from owners what so evsf

All as above disgusted. If no refund is given I will start proceedings in small claims court. I have already done tripadvisor review and believe me this is only the start Leaving 2 pensioners in minus 1degrees and not bothering to try and help in anyway.
