Pure Montagne Resort & Spa

We initially had a small rom but got upgraded - thank you - to a room with a patio; good beds and nice modern bathroom; restaurant in the main building, good for evening snacks/platters; good breakfast; wish we had had more time to explore the area and surrounding nature trails

Fantastisk udsigt fra altanen

Très bel ensemble de bâtiments avec des vues magnifiques sur la vallée. Nous avons profité du spa qui était parfait ! On peut se rendre facilement à pied au centre de Saint-Martin-Vesubie ou rester au calme après une belle journée en montagne.

The view of this property is incredible. Food was great. Our room was beautiful. If you’re North American though be warned. 3/10 of the workers we encountered were kind or decent with us. My best friend and I are from Quebec and speak French, I have a preference towards speaking it and my best friend prefers English but we are bilingual however, one lady pretended to not understand us and I refused to speak to her in English but she would with me. This was the least of my concerns though. The bar staff was cold and not inviting. When people visiting the property who were French from France would speak with them though, they were accommodating and polite. The property is a bit of a walk but if you don’t mind, it’s beautiful. You are given no information about your room, spa or nearby activities. Towards the end of our stay they were more cordial with us as they realized we were not American. Which is a problem in itself. Would I suggest this resort to anyone wanting to stay in the mountains? It depends on your intentions. This was a good spot to have a home base and a stay away from the city but not practical for everyday travel in and out of it. It seems to be a family friendly resort so that’s definitely a bonus. Outside of this resort, around the area and the entirety of the Alpes, Nice and surrounding parts people were friendly. This was the only place we felt otherwise. 3/5

C’était notre deuxième séjour à cet hôtel, cette fois-ci pour 4 nuits contre 1 précédemment. Nous aimons sa localisation sur les hauteurs de Saint Martin Vésubie mais à queques minutes à pied du centre-ville, son style ainsique le confort de ses chambres. Le seul point d’amélioration pour nous serait au niveau du petit-déjeuner surtout pour le prix facturé: mieux avec quelques légumes, un peu de charcuterie et pas uniquement du pain blanc!

Cout prohibitif pour une petite recharge avec un véhicule électrique

The shower did not drain and had mold in it (looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before). Also, the bed had random hairs on it when we arrived.

The property is well just wow!!!

Excellent séjour avec le SPA au calme avec une vue de dingue. Équipe super accueillante et pro.
