The rooms near the street are very loud but it was very comfortable!

Great location and room. Loved it.

Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. A bit of a musty smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable (I appreciated all the pillows!), but would be difficult to get in and out of for anyone with mobility issues. You climb in at the very foot of the bed. There was some noise from the pub below when they had music playing, but not enough to keep me from sleeping (even without the earplugs The Snug provides).

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights on a visit to Galway. It is close to the Spanish Arch and a very vibrant part of Galway City. There are loads of pubs and restaurants on your doorstep plus other shopping - you are in a great spot. We had a room that overlooked the main street which generated some noise late at night and early in the morning but this suited us so be aware when booking your room as others are available at the back of the hotel. Parking was no problem in the safe car park a few doors along. It was a reasonable price in comparison with other hotels in the area but book early. Excellent staff as well on duty 24/7.

The room was small, clean and functional. Staff very helpful and always available. But be aware that this is in the bar area of the tourist district. From 9pm till bar closing the noise can be very loud. Earplugs and/or noise cancelling headphones should be considered a must have item.

Clean, spacious, and quiet. Easy access to tram that took us everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location right on Quay St

I absolutely LOVED this property! We stayed in the duplex and it was incredible. The location is perfect as there are pubs all around and there is a parking garage about a 5 minute walk away which was very convenient since we had a rental car! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

Snug is exactly that. Perfect place for a Galway stay. Comfortable and super clean, front desk staff was amazing. My room was tucked away and quiet and cozy. Felt safe too. Super busy area.

The front rooms are unbelievably noisy, so insist on a room away from the street. The rooms are small. The place is clean and well located. This is a place with no lobby, no elevator and no extras. It was not inexpensive.
