The location overlooking the beach is nice, the place is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private parking is available.

The couches aren't comfortable, the beds are firm and gave us backache. The internet router isn't the best there and the TV wasn't connecting to it. You could hear noise from the corridors in the bedroom. We forgot a glass of juice uncovered and in the morning there were ants all over it.

I loved the amazing view. We had the best view of Cape Town from the balcony on New years eve.

The apartment is nice, but it can do with a little renovation.

Location. Space. Availability of staff.

Outdated appliances. Fridge took days to freeze. Ants still got in fridge. Furniture is done and need replacement. Beds too hard. Outside balcony not clean enough to braai. Outdoor furniture done.

Definite income property. Dated. Weak WiFi. Poor liaison on entry and exit. She pawned the entry on to someone else. I texted her about the weak WiFi with no response. Didn’t hear back until she asked me if I knew the checkout procedures. I miss Lorna. (Been to the building before)

Everything you could possibly need is stocked View and surrounding area is simply amazing And nothing beats a 2am beach walk
