We loved the location. view was exceptional. Spacious flat

Many chipped plates. Fridge wasn't cold enough. Shower door didn't work. No dish washing capsules No dish liquid. Cushion missing for outside furniture Lift doesn't work after loads heading On the 7th floor and getting our luggage down was hazardous.

Host agents cannot collect my payment from Booking.com. Made a double payment for my stay and nobody reacted on my enquiry

No reaction from Booking.com or Host Agents about my double payment. Why do Host Agents use Booking.com if they cannot link with payments? I will tell everybody to be on the lookout for Host Agents
