We absolutely loved the unit, one of the best parts of our holiday. The view was amazing... the rooms were clean, lounge was very comfortable... best place I've stayed ...

The 2nd bedroom needs to be darker. The light from the hallway made the room too light

This apartment was not a luxury apartment, but rather comfortable and homey. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The refrigerator was not working 100% / Queen size bed not in good condition/ Most of the furniture are very old but still good to use.

Had electrical problems and ceiling in one of the bedrooms showed water damage.

The apartment was full of cokorotches, the plates in the kitchen was not the same, the glasses was not the same at all, I had to buy 4 same glasses. It was my 50th Birthday and I couldn't deck a table for 4 people as none of the cutlery is the same, the Fridge didn't make cold, the chair in the room I went to sit on it just to sit on the ground because the leg of the chair went out. It was a bit upsetting for R10 000. I expected more.

Nothing except for the location

The place has an unbearable smell. The couches also have a smell and not so clean, its difficult to sit on them. We didnt even want to use the pots as they were not properly cleaned. The washing machine has a terrible smell of old water, there wasn’t even hand wash in the bathrooms. The toilet paper in the bathrooms is not of good quality, its grey and dusty. The apartment is not very cleanly and doesnt feel like its been maintained and cleaned as should. The elevator doesn’t work ,even when there is power,mind you, the apartment is on the 7th floor. There isnt any aircon or some kind of heating or cooling system, and it was actually cold. The furniture is old too, not as seen on the pics. 4 nights was a long time to be there, we would have just ended up being sick. We decided to book else where, and didn’t even sleep 1 night there. We had requested a refund but was refused based on the conditions of the booking. That too was a problem as the apartment was not to our expectations and we were not cancelling because of reasons that we posed on ourselves, but rather the lack on their side thereof. They called the next day asking what the problem was, and said to get back to us but never did. Very disappointing
