Erschwerte Kommunikation im Vorfeld! Keine gute Info über Anreise Transportmittel! Kleiner Hinweis dass für Kurzstrecke zur Rezeption ein lokales Taxi viel viel günstiger wäre als der vom Hotel organisierte wäre hilfreich und im Sinne einer kinderfreundlichen Kommunikation gewesen!!!

El tamaño de la carpa estaba bien y la cama era muy cómoda.

La ubicación, no queda cerca de playas aptas para baño. La cabaña era una carpa y no lo sabía a la hora de reservar, no era cómodo para ir al baño. No tiene wifi en la parte de alojamiento, solo en áreas comunes.

La comodidad de sus cabañas y la atención de su equipo de trabajo

I was a bit concerned before our stay because of some recent negative reviews, but in the end it exceeded our expectations! We were in one of the highest deluxe cabins and the views were incredible, the cabins were spacious and comfortable, the shower was really good and even with hot water… of course you have to keep in mind, it’s in the middle of the nature, so considering that the facilities are really good. I also loved just laying in the hammock, reading and simply enjoying the nature. I think if you are visiting the park for only one day, you miss this opportunity just to chill and enjoy the nature. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, they even helped us carry our heavy luggage till our cabin. So, if you want to have a relaxed stay in Tayrona, we definitely recommend this place!

Of course it is a bit expensive (not only accomodation, but also food, drinks from minibar etc.). We haven’t seen such high prices anywhere else in Colombia. Still, the accomodation for me was worth it, but if you have a possibility to bring some snacks/ drinks from outside, it would save you money. The mosquito net and one pillow had some stains. I think they could be a bit more cleaner
