Residence Inn by Marriott Pigeon Forge

We came for our Anniversary. We have a spacious living room, kitchen area with a bedroom and bathroom separate. Very clean. They have a very good breakfast with some type of egg, meat, potato and bread each day. Along with some pastries, cereal, yogurt, and you can make your own waffle. Coffee, milk and juice to drink. Staff has been very courteous. We would definitely come back. If you enjoy going to the Island their parking is just across road, where you can catch a trolley.

Dirty room

Amazing hotel. Clean, convenient, comfortable. Staff was amazing and helpful.cant wait to come back. Close to everything you’d want to do. Across from the island. Easy parking, safe, clean. Pool was awesome. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Very nice hotel , It was clean and well supplied. The staff was very friendly. And the Breakfast was good for a buffet style.

The couch felt like you shank into it. When you set down.

Lovely Hotel and perfect place to take your dog. It’s above the busy area across from the Island. Easy to get to and the staff were wonderful. Very clean room. We have stayed here twice now and requested the same room as it was important to be on lower floor with having our pet along. The pool area looked fun for the children and a lovely outdoor adult seating area with grilling options.

I arrived at the hotel around 11 o’clock at night and Cody was working the front desk. He informed me that he is just an auditor, but they had no one else at the hotel and he was working there. He said he couldn’t help with much like reservations, but he was able to get me my room keys. Upon entering my room, the air conditioning was not functioning. I called him and he said “ I can come up there and help you with the AC if you want not to insinuate that you can’t do that because you’re a woman.” I ended up fixing the air conditioning on my own. I called him back to let him know that we did not need a room change and said he might be surprised that despite being a woman I was able to fix it on my own. He then raised his voice at me and said, he never said anything. This is a recorded line and that I am a liar. If Marriott doesn’t want to pay a trained person to be at their desk, then they definitely shouldn’t have a sexist guy who has no idea what he’s doing and who is rude to titanium customers. Absolutely would never recommend nor return.

This is a new and very nice hotel can't say enough good things about this hotel. Amazing location, in the middle of all of the action, accross from the island, pet friendly, spacious rooms, well accommodated, and clean. This hotel has a fenced-in dog play area.
