The shower head was fixed. It would have been easier to have a handheld shower head.

Worst room I've ever stayed in. Asked for a mountain view and got a view of a concrete wall. Stayed here because of the location for the jeep invasion. Expected to be able to look out our window and see jeeps not a concrete wall. Will not stay here again.

Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Deep at the front desk at check in was very helpful. There are 2 elevators that run slowly, using the stairs was much quicker. Our room had a king size bed, sleeper sofa, small kitchen with a stove top, microwave, refrigerator and dishes. There was an extra charge for the Island view but that is just a view of the Pigeon Forge carnival rides. The free morning breakfast had a large selection and parking is free. Workout area, outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor seating area and 2 BBQ grills available for use at a first come basis. The hotel also has a large fenced in dog run area. We were there during Jeep invasion and the hotel is very convenient to the displays, but if your not there for Jeep week it is very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot as the jeeps line up for their show and shine blocking the only exit and entrance to the hotel you could be stuck in that line for more then an hour (maybe they could work with the convention to change the location of the line up?). A few places in driving distance to eat or drink. Cabs, Ubers and Lyft are very difficult to find the one shuttle service is very pricey so plan accordingly. Very close drive to Dollywood.

Best Breakfast in 2 weeks of hotels! Nice and clean. Large outdoor pool.

Poor design. King room seemed jammed with furniture. Sofa bed and bed were opposite each other so tv had to be turned to one or the other. There was no way to enjoy the tv together.

It was clean and nice . Our room was like an apartment, minus washer and dryer. Equipped with full size refrigerator and small cooking stove . Overpriced for what it is .

This is the best hotel in Pigeon forge even if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Great smoky mountains you can choose to stay here. Someone may think about high price but it is not at all compared to the excellent service, great breakfast and facilities provided in the room. It's more than enough for holidays or vacations. The staff was polite, kind and friendly. I will definitely go back.

This place is amazing! The breakfast is like being at a full service restaurant. The staff go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The GM runs a great facility, and I would recommend to all my family, friends, and colleagues.
