"Will never stay here now"

I entered this highly- reviewed establishment looking forward to booking an extra night and was met with a man who was NOT security or management RUDELY asking “Hey BUD, you staying here?” And when I said No, he immediately told me “Gotta go” without inquiring if I needed help. I could not believe the audacity and told him “Have a nice day sir” and left. I also could not help but notice that he did not ask anyone else that same question. I refuse to give my money to a business that hassles people.

"October 2024 visit was great"

I came here in October 2024 for business. The hotel was neat and clean. My room was clean and updated. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The front desk staff were super nice. The entire property was in great shape and was a super experience!

Great location, with a great view of the mountains. Newer hotel, clean, with good free breakfast. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool/hottub. Drove from Canada and felt comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good but kept repeating the menu every 2 days. It was very close to pigeon island so that was a excellent choice for us.

Well maintained indoors and out; top to bottom a lovely experience. Staff was incredible, the in room kitchen had everything we needed, and the personalized warm room welcome was also a nice touch! We will definitely be returning to this hotel for future Pigeon Forge visits!

We wish we had arrived sooner, to be able to enjoy it a little longer. Also, breakfast lasting an extra 30 mins through the week would be nice. Some of us start the mornings a little later than others. Otherwise there is very little not to like! I give it 5 ⭐️’s!

"Pigeon Forge"

Great location. Nice rooms quiet and clean. Friendly staff and a decent hot breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Perfectly situated from pigeon Forge attractions including Dollywood, the Island, Hatfield and McCoys dinner feud theatre etc.
