Lovely apartment beneath Edinburgh Castle

Apartment had good facilities. Location was very good.

The entrance are to the apartment was really scruffy and unkept. The apartment was cold and we could not operate the central heating as it was locked. The apartment needs a good refurbishment as there were chips and scratches in the walls

Location was ideal, walking distance to the castle and attractions. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable, Great facilities.

We had a 3 night stay with 3 people, unfortunately on the last night we ran out of toilet paper, more supplies would have been helpful. It was quite cold some of the nights and the heating didn't seem to work, had to put a pin into the hive to get it warmer and code wasn't provided. Plenty blankets provided so we were fine. Don't want to focus on the negative, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Very disappointing, filthy entrance, no toiletpaper and had to buy ourseleves. Despite their promise for refund and the inconvenience, they give no reply to me
