The property was very quiet and hidden, even though it was on a street. The location was perfect, walkable to all the sites. Our room was very comfortable, but it was the staff, especially Trish, that made it such a warm, memorable experience!

The WiFi was a little spotty, and we had an issue with the sink faucet.

Top Lage! Das Frühstücksbuffet sieht auf den ersten Blick unspektakulär aus, aber das Personal kommt jedem Wunsch nach und bereitet warmes Frühstück frisch zu. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und verlässt das Hotel keineswegs hungrig. Und das Gebäude ist wirklich hübsch und hat Charakter.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber, das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können, war aber noch im Rahmen.

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. De rust. De nabijheid van de metro. De lift naar de tweede verdieping.

Te weinig opbergruimte. Ontbijt werd soms te laat aangevuld en bestaat uit supermarkt aankopen (broodjes, kaas,...).

Great rooms, high ceilings, nice decoration, cute back garden.

Toilet was a little dirty when I arrive. also it would be complementary if they would provide hotel slippers.
