Todo o staff foi incrível, muito prestáveis, tanto na recepção como no serviço pequeno almoço e jantar, o quarto estava impecável. no geral foi um a experiência muito agradável. Para quem é vegano, tem uma ótima localização pois quem quiser fazer uma experiência gastronómica tem muitos bons sítios ao lado do hotel. Recomendo.

Como Vegano, penso que a única coisa que não estava à altura do resto foi não ter havido mais opções veganas no pequeno almoço, como por exemplo, uns queijos vegetais, um scramble tofu por exemplo, uns cogumelos, enfim umas opções mais completas para o pequeno almoço.

The staff have taken great pains to make the hotel welcoming and attractive. There are lovely touches throughout. Even the morning breakfast is attractively presented. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track but it is a very reasonable walk from busier areas and there is no shortage of restaurants within close proximity. Should we be fortunate enough to make it back to Porto, we will definitely stay at Jardins do Porto again.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Well designed accommodations with comfortable bed and quality linens. 24 hour staffing and secure entry for guests. The daily breakfast was an ample supply of pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, baked goods and coffee/teas. Eggs were available prepared per order. Very attentive and friendly staff.
