A atenção e simpatia dos recepcionistas em especial o José que nos ajudou a resolver diversas situações as quais não tínhamos domínio no assunto .Os demais funcionários também queridos e sempre prestativos .Otima localização e custo benefício,super recomendo

Breakfast was simple but OK. Staff, as before, was very nice. Location is excellent.

The room closest to the front (and the ice cream shot next door) is not that quiet.

The photos are misleading. The room doesn't have 8 beds as shown. It actually has 16 beds. The room was extremely noisy, with no soundproofing at all. Most of the roommates were locals who did not follow or respect the hostel rules, making it impossible to take a nap or sleep well. Even during the day, the reception plays very loud music. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I don't recommend this place.

All the staff members of the hostel were very welcome, kind and helpful. The location is very good and well centered. The pool and balcony are very good. Air-conditioned very well.

The pictures absolutely don't represent how the hotel actually looks like. When you look at them, it looks like a modern cosy hub but in reality the place is old and quite shabby. Either they have been taken a long time ago or they have been retouched. Half of the beds in the girlsroom are next to a piece of wall that is just unplastered exposed brick that crumbles onto your bed. Even when you brush it off, it is back every morning. The lockers are not really sturdy, they are loose panels behind the beds that are difficult to open, close and to take stuff out. I assume you can ninja kick them open if you would want to. The showers and shower curtains were really old and half of the time almost all 8 toilets didn't have toilet paper. Next to that the doors to the chambers could be opened with a keycard that was just dangling in front of the door. Which means that even if you sleep in an all female bedroom, random men can still stumble in. Oh, which happened by the way in the middle of the night. It is fine if your hotel has all these attributes, but be honest about that upfront so you can at least choose if you are up for this kind of sleeping adventure. Also, the stairs on the bunk beds are extremely unstable and dangerous. A lawsuit waiting to happen.
