La ubicación

Los baños estaban siempre sucios, las instalaciones del baño eran sucias de por si, la cortina, los ganchos oxidados, no había jabón ni papel para secarse. La habitación compartida tenía la pared sin terminar (piedra y cemento) con lo cual se llenaba de polvo las sábanas y a quien estaba abajo le caía todo el polvo. No tenía lugar para guardar las valijas ni la ropa humeda

The location was perfect in the middle of the old town city centre and Getsemaní

We received a very noisy room, on top of the reception and next to the communal rooftop. Noise is of course part of the city, but we could hear all conversations going on in the open spaces like we were sitting next to them. Every conversation on the reception was auditable and everything that the receptionist was doing as well. On the rooftop we could hear people going up and down. We also saw a cockroach in the bed. We then asked to change the room (and other rooms were available to trade as people didn’t come in yet), but for administrative issues they did not want to change. They did clean the room another time, after which it was better but the noise remained. Overall there are no activities organised or it is not easy to meet people. I would advise if that is your goal.

La ubicación es perfecta, todo muy tranquilo.

El personal es bastante amable

Lo tienen muy descuidado, se nota la falta de inversión para tener espacios más adecuados. Los baños estaban sucios y la habitación con humedad

W pokoju nie było okien przez co ciągle utrzymywał się nie przyjemny zapach

El personal en especial Cristobal y la señora Angélica son los más amables y siempre están a disposición
