We had a great stay, there is a lot of noise at nights because of the close proximity to the bars and nightclubs and also the roof top bar. Elevator gave us a few issues and was down so a few times we had to use the stairs hit no big deal. We got a massage and personally would not recommend the spa. Didn’t seem like the ladies doing the service were massage therapist or really knew how to get any pressure points. We’ve had massages in multiple hotels and the massage there was very ameteur. We could’ve easily went without. There was also lots of music echo from the nearby bars that took away from making it a relaxing experience.

The staff make sure your stay is safe with amazing services. The vip amenities with a 25 minute massage for two was soooooo good. And it encouraged me to book a couples massage with facial. The quality and high standards of everything from the room to the bar and restaurant and spa were great

Amazing hotel, clean staff super friendly location an everything you literally just have to walk to everything less than 5 minutes. 3 minutes away from Karol g restaurant. Bellaco nightclub right next to it you are right next to Medellin Provenza sign. They don’t tell you the mini bar is extra but besides that everything else is great. Also is very safe me and my mom when by ourselves and there was police in every corner

"Tropical Vibes"

We are a couple that was looking to be in the heart of Medellin but not on a noisy street. We wanted to feel tropical holiday vibes. This hotel gave that. It also had great staff. Especially Nathalia, at front desk, when my phone was stolen in the metro she was really helpful getting it reported and directing me in how to get local sims, etc. Above and beyond what was needed and always with a smile.
