Selvario 36 Hotel

Wow, where do I honestly begin! I can honestly say, I am not normally someone who books hotels because of typical customer service & uncleanliness, etc. But this hotel looked amazing in its picture presentations & I took my girlfriend to Medellín for her birthday and she loves jungle style things. This hotel is a 10/10. I have NEVER been to a more perfect and accommodating hotel in my life. Before arrival the checking in of asking if we need a ride from the airport, to making sure flowers were available for her once we arrived. To the staff in the hotel restaurant (Enso) for the duration of our entire stay staff members Juan at front desk, Kevin the bartender & Andres the waiter literally, they made us feel as if we were the only ones that booked the hotel. There’s so much to say I don’t want to make this too long, but even the night before on a last minute effort to surprise my girlfriend, one of the female front desk staff help me curate a collection of balloons, cake, rose petals, champagne, etc! The food, the cleanliness, the drinks, the service, the constant smiles and the spa! If I ever had to choose a perfect hotel it would be Selvario 36. Thank you so much for making our first time in Colombia a time to remember.

Really cool hotel and interiors in a great area. The only downside was the rooftop was never open which was a let down!

I received free massages with my stay and they were incredible.

The property was nice and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and generous. They always went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service.
