Great overall

Hotel is conveniently located to Provenza. When I arrived the staff was super friendly and checkd me and quickly and escorted me to the room and gave me a tour of all the amenities and features of my stay. I received a free massage while I was on site. The free breakfast was very good. And the rooms are in very quiet area. The rooms are also soundproof so it's very peaceful. It's located one street over from the main tourist area of Provenza and you can walk there in about 4 minutes. This was a great choice for a place to stay for my visit to Colombia.

The property is beautiful and everything is truly so obviously well thought out with amazing attention to detail. Food was great and the staff was incredibly helpful, polite and accessible always.

Amazing decor and kind staff. Quiet street in a loud and lively area. Tons of close by shopping and food. Great location for a short stay. We did a room with a patio and jacuzzi and we loved it.

I love it !

Rooms were small and I didn’t get the VIP upgrade. However, the staff was great, the location was perfect and the hotel theme was awesome.
