Sangregado Lodge

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this pleasant eco lodge. Very peaceful place and so well run. The manager, Larry, and his staff do an outstanding job. Helpful and kind. They are warm and welcoming. The property and our villa were very clean and our villa was well supplied with towels, toiletries, etc. Comfortable beds and bedding, a stunning shower with plenty of hot water and a unreal view through floor to ceiling windows as well as a beautiful balcony view of the mountain and rainforest. Great peace and privacy away from the busy vibe of town. We started the day with breakfast close by at the beautiful Blue Hibiscus. A delicious buffet with so many options and a wonderful staff. Cannot forget our delightful welcome drink, a little Pipa Frio. So cute and refreshing!!! We hope to return. Four nights was not enough!

A bit challenging if arriving after traditional hours

Breathtaking view of Arenal; very nice staff who patiently answered all questions & organized excursions & wellness; our lodge was beautiful, comfortable bed, shower with breathtaking views, just a dream; also very quiet

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt. Man kann viele Tiere beobachten und hat einen Blick ueber den Regenwald und den Vulkan. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, als wir keine Tickets mehr fuer den Park bekommen haben! Unser Highlight in Costa Rica <3

Nichts

The view is phenomenal. The staff are very nice. The room and shower is stunning. Excellent breakfast. It is extremely convenient to go to Hanging Gardens because it’s right next to it.

You have to drive or walk down a very steep hill to get breakfast at another resort called The Lost Iguana.
