The Oliver Inn

Perfect stay for one night in Duluth. Very well done, keep the charm of the “old” while providing new and updated touches. It’s a little noisy due to the location but over all a wonderful stay. Very clean!

We really enjoyed the room. It was very comfortable and clean. Walking distance from Canal Park.

Property was historic and beautiful. Shared bathroom and shower was actually not inconvenient at all.

Started with a reservation snafu, that was quickly sorted by staff via email and text. This is a self check-in hotel that worked smoothly. The room was recently renovated with an enormous bed, clean bathroom and included a mini fridge and coffeemaker. Everything worked as expected. The location is downtown convenient to the Duluth Coffee Company, shopping and the waterfront. WE didn't have the opportunity to visit Sniveleys Lounge in the hotel or the Rathskeller Bar in the basement. Maybe next time!

Loved this hotel! Anytime that I am in Duluth I plan on staying here. Check in/out was also a breeze. The basement bar is worth checking out!!

Grunge neighborhood, Tv stations questionable, Canal area offers a better experience.

Inconvenient. No staff at the site. Bathrooms outdide rooms. Cant shut ac off.

Check in was a complete disaster. I entered through the back entrance of the property greeted by two workers. They never once told me that I should enter the front door. I returned to the property to enter at 8:30 at night only ro be locked out. I was able to reach someone the following day who advised to enter through the front door. The condition of the room was fantastic. The amenities were great. The bed was excellent.🚪
