We were extremely surprised at how wonderful this place was. We will definitely return. It’s full of charm with original wood floors, antique furniture and a feeling of stepping back decades. Perfect location with a casino directly across the street and canal park, restaurants, bars, and shops all within walking distance. In the basement of the inn is a speakeasy that is unbelievably cool with a jazz band playing on certain nights while sipping on a variety of delicious cocktails to choose from.

Love the old building, and the bedroom and bathroom were in great shape, while maintaining the original flavor.

The Inn was truly unique and charming! Our room, the shared bathroom and property itself were clean, interesting and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy😊💤

It should be advertised as Hostel a little bit more clearly. Lower rated rooms are a hostel type stay. Community bathroom & showers. No front desk, took 20 minutes to provide us with what room we were renting and then the codes to enter our room and lavatories. Very clunky but hopefully in the future it gets better.

Loved the room - very roomy and comfortable beds. The location did not feel safe. There was many homeless people lingering around. There was a lot of noise when it said quiet time was 10pm-8am. The room floors were really sandy. The room was nice and cool.

We had a little mix up at first on our room. The manager called and meade everything right again! We got to visit the bar in the basement - super cool vibe! I would recommend and stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here! Such a cool, cozy place. We do recommend bringing a portable fan if staying in the summer, as it can get a little warm (not horrible though). The beds were very comfortable! We definitely recommend!
