Room was smelly with drain water kind of. Wash room Hand flusher was bad , water was leaking in bath room , Seems we were given a different room than the one booked and patched up by saying the break fast will be given complementary Overpriced in every aspects

Food was good.

Staffs we're very grumpy. Anything you ask them for they answer was no in the beginning and when persisted they would bring it after a very long time. Basic toiletries were not there in the room, and when asked it was provided after a long time. The front office staff gave a very bad impression in the first contact. Can have better front office staff who are more pleasing and well groomed. Price is way too high for the facilities provided. Cannot recommend the property to others.

1:The Wolkenburg team's asset is their charming and dedicated staff. 2:The location and view from the premium room are the greatest in Moonar

Everything was excellent except for the pool water, which was quite dirty and had not been sterilized for at least a week. My daughter was disappointed that she could not use the pool because of its polluted state.
