Ramee Wolkenburg Resort & Spa, Munnar

Apart from cleanliness nothing is good. Giving rating 1 only for cleanliness. Very untrained staff starting from reception to house keeping to kitchen. If you ask them for anything they will tell you I will confirm with my manager and let you know. Not a 4 start grade hotel. It should be rated as 3 start hotel. There was no hand wash in the washroom. If you ask for anything they will not understand in one go. Again someone may be the head/manager will call you to understand what you need. And the best part they have a swimming pool but it was around 1km walking distance by stairs so you have to think twice before going there. You can't take stroller there if you have infant or young child. And please don't dare to taste their food it's horrible. We ordered chicken hakka noodles-which was over boiled and bad smell of egg, we ordered fish finger- fish was not fresh and they charged 399 for 6 small fingers. They will irritate you to order dinner from 8pm since they have less guest and may be want to close the kitchen quickly however it is written on menu card that it is open till 10pm. One window was no curtain in one side which they didn't fix till the our last day.

The staff in the reception should be more informative about Munnar what places to visit and what time is best to visit. Event hough they tried it waw ineffective. Food in the restaurant and service there should be given more focus as food especially continental was no good.. the buffet breakfast was not getting refilled properly.. many of our request like a scrambled egg for the kid was not considered by the staff

The views from our hotel room were stunning. The staff were highly enthusiastic and very attentive to our family from when we reached! This is a new hotel that has opened up in the last year so all facilities were up to a great standard from the rooms to the pools to the restaurant.

We were the only guests in the hotel for the night we stayed and Booking.com only showed that there was one standard room and one executive room available which was more expensive. We had to book two rooms for our parents and then for myself and my husband so therefore had to pay the additional extra which felt a bit disappointing however I'm not sure whether this would be more down to booking.com and not the hotel.

We had a valley view which was a scenic beauty but what made it nore memorable was the courteousness of staff. Thank you so much everyone for making our Munnar vacation wonderful. Espescially Mr. Anil Nair from reservations, Mr. Gokul from front desk and Mr. Bimal from the restaurant.

The room and bathroom were very clean.The wifi was pretty good. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet. It's suitable for people looking for a decent room only and not the food.

The food in the restaurant is not up to the mark and expensive. Breakfast is included but food is served late and not replenished quickly. Had lunch on the first day.More than half the items on the menu were not available. Would definitely recommend to eat somewhere else..I went during the Pooja holidays and the staff were not experienced to take care of high volume of occupants. They were not very friendly and helpful.The parking lots are not enough during peak season.

Unprofessional behavior from manager who cancled our booking at the last moment sighting a heavy rish and nonreceipt of confirmation email from expedia. Later he made a saperate deal asking me to cancel expedia booking and book it directly.

Fraud property i have booked got confirmation, once I reached there place they are simply said, that cancelled all online bookings. Worst customer service, Please don't book this resort
