they trick you and give you a room for which you have to take some 200 stairs , they don’t even bother to let you know before hand, they would say there is Jeep to take you down and get you to the main building , but irrespective of how many times you call, the Jeep doesn’t come. I had booked two rooms and we were a group of cousins , we wanted to chill at night but it was so difficult as they gave one room in the main building and the second room somewhere down. and no one cared to inform about the location, they claimed that we only booked the room but I have never come across a hotel in which I book two rooms and they are this far apart and even if it is they could have informed us about this entire Jeep business and I had just selected room for 5 people , it was auto generated the selection of room. anyway will never go again

there is nothing to like on this property.

will start with the welcoming process, when we got into the property there was security guy who is not even to capable to stand… then we walked into the reception… it wasn’t welcoming at all but they gave some welcome drink haha.. though we booked the queen suit they offered a cottage which is like bunker… no view nothing no fridge too in the room. which was ridiculous… the receptionist kind of confused about our requirement.. there was no interest from the folks to guid us what is in the property to explore… they do have swimming pool which is steep down around 500mtr + not sure how these guys expect customer to go to swimming pool.. it appears like they don’t want customers to go to swimming pool.. in the dining area house flys everywhere, the Buffett dinner is just for sake of proving dinner not at all worth it. in my entire life time I have not seen/got omelet which I got from this resort it was like small portion of it (like idli size) I thought at least the omelet would be nice even that’s disappointed. overall i pissed off with their service offered by this resort. since there was no fridge we ordered a cake and I have to call them twice to bring it to the room finally it delivered to room and after delivering they asked do you need plate and spoons.. not how do they expect us to eat without.. overall it’s f*** terrible for experience in this resort and I don’t recommend this to anyone..

one of the worst properties I ever stayed in my life they are charging bomb and there breakfast was horrible to say the least they rate themselves 4 star but it is not worth even 2 star
