Overall good experience. The staff was courteous and polite. Very accommodating and welcoming.

Summers = please provide water cooler on each floor rather than just water dispensors.

"Worst App and hotel for booking"

Nothing. Ever good thing gt vanished with the front desk and hotel so called policies ( which we could not evidence other than hearing it from them for 100 times)

There are no co-ordination between booking.com and the hotel, we are not able to modify our booking in both Booking.com and hotel .... Any request for modification the website keeps redirecting it to the property and they are not accomodating enough to adjust to our request and asking us to contact customer service this website, which is another joke because we are not able to reach out to the customer support team . Worst hotel with so much attitude and bullshit policies. We booked a deluxe double room and by mistake we mentioned as one adult instead of 2 and we were asked to pay 2k extra without any additional amenities. No complimentary breakfast provided even ( even for the one adult we mentioned in our booking) though its showing as breakfast at Rs.1 in our booking through website. Had worst experience with booking.com with no option to modify the bookings easy enough and not showing the clear picture of amenities and conditions of the hotel
