Too little hot water. Hot water finish quickly

The internet in the room needs improvement. The staff did their best but still the problem existed.

I had a good room on the 5th floor away from the traffic outside The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was really helpful. I stay there again if I come to Hyderabad. .

My ability to be calm when all things related to this booking went south

We requested for an early check-in and we were ready to pay extra amount too. When we made our request through the booking.com the day before the booking date. They did not say it's not available if that was the case we would have cancelled our booking all together but they kept us hanging and when we reached there and requested they simply denied over the call it' not possible and we have to book another hotel (Grand continent where we had very accommodating staff and amazing amenities) and we checking in to the other hotel we received approval of our early check-in request we made through the app. Srsly if they can do it why not when we called over asking their help earlier that time . Worst hotel worst app with no customer support at times of need in new city
