Service and Location: Nada and Raied are outstanding. I am a hotel general manager and understand that a true people person is not easy to find but Nada and Raied are both amazing!

The BBQ restaurant was the worst in the resort and in Egypt. The staff was not engaged, and the manager was trying to assist, but they set him up for failure.
