We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Al Alemin with my wife and kids, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom suite. The extra space made a huge difference for our family – the kids had room to play, and we all felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The service was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcome and well taken care of. The food was perfect – excellent variety, great quality, and something for everyone in the family, even for our picky eaters. Every meal was a delight.
