خدمة الاستقبال كانت رائعه وتعامل الموظفين راقي خصوصا الموجودين في الاستقبال موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا والنظافة كانت فوق المتوقع يوفرون داخل الغرفة الماء وبعض السناكات والعصائر وكانت مجانية يقع بجانب الفندق مول يسمى O mall ممتاز ويوجد به مطاعم ممتازة وسعرها مناسب يوجد مرينا فيها ثلاث مطاعم انصح بعدم الذهاب للمطاعم وذلك لسعرها المرتفع + الاكل غير لذيذ ولكن الفيو من المرينا جميل جدا ويصلح للتصوير خصوصا وقت الغروب المسبح كبير جدا ويوجد مسابح للاطفال ومسابح للكبار وكان ممتاز يوجد العاب للأطفال جميله جدا وكان معي بنتي طفله عمرها 5 سنوات واستمتعت كثير بالمسبح والالعاب غالبا تصلح للأطفال من عمر 4 سنوات فما فوق.

للأسف انا حجزت سويت مع اطلالة على البحر ولكن تم اعطائي غرفة مع صالة في برج 4 تعتبر شقق فندقية تطل على المسبح في دور منخفض ليس الحجز تبعي وتواصلت مباشرة مع الاستقبال ووضحت لهم بان هذا ليس حجزي ولكن اصرو ان هذا هو الحجز قلت طيب عطوني نفس الموجود في الصور تبع الحجز اقل شى في دور اعلى اخبرني بان جميع الغرف محجوزة ويمكن نقلك اليوم التالي وانا رفضت لان اقامتي كانت ليلتين وما هي مستاهلة لم الشنط مره اخرى والبهذله. الفندق عبارة عن 6 ابراج 1+2 هذا غرف وسويتات تطل على البحر مباشرة اما الابراج الاخرى غرف فندقية تطل على المسبح هذا حسب كلام الموظف لديهم وهذا المفروض يوضح داخل منصة بوكنق ولازم تكون الصور نفس الواقع. الامر الاخر يوجد لاونج مزعج صراحة يبدا اعتقد من الساعة 7 المساء الى الساعة 11 الليل. الموظفين عند المسبح والعاب الاطفال غير متعاونين كنا نطلب منهم يجينا احد نطلب عصير او شى نأكله كانو يقولون بنادي لك waiter عشان ياخذ الطلب منك ولا احد يجي ونفسياتهم شوي ضيقه على غير العادة في مصر.
