It was amazing experience from any angle! I enjoyed every minute at the hotel: wonderful spa, polite and kind staff, super comfortable and luxurious villa. 7-day retreat with Guru Ji (Hswami) was full of spiritual insights and inspiration! Special thank Benupama for the superior hospitality!

Big rooms, amazing staff and beautiful location. Food was excellent with lots of choices. The Spa was amazing, highly recommended!! Lots of activities to arrange like trekking, hiking and helicopter rides. Yoga is also available on site. Also it is nice that it is exclusive in terms that outside visitors cannot enter the resort.

People with children were noisy, staff did not talk to them at all. I think a place like should be adults only. The electricity was turning off and on every several hours. Also I think you should have a golf cart to drive people to their rooms, my room was a 10m uphill walk which was not easy for a high altitude location (2200m above sea level)

The stay was like living in a dream. The property was exceptional, the staff was one of the kindest and warm people you’ll ever meet and made our stay perfect. All of our requests were fulfilled with a warm smile.

Nothing

This hidden gem in the middle of the mountains left us speechless. The whole staff made our wedding anniversary special. The villas are lovely decorated, everything is new and clean and in a lovely design. The resort is in the middle of the mountain, surrounded by trees and perfect for early morning walks in the fog. I had a yoga session in the morning with a very inspiring guru. The food in the restaurant, the drinks, the service, everything was amazing (big recommendation for the cocktails, especially for the ones with the local rum in it). We will definitely come back next year. This place is more than a 10/10. Thanks guys for making our stay so special and wonderful!

Absolutely one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff were so kind and thoughtful and could not have done more. The bedroom and views were out of this world. The massage was one of the best of my life and the food was faultless and so tasty. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing property with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff were polite and wonderful. We booked the 2 bedroom villa and a suite and both were beautiful.

We were overcharged in our final bill for things we did not order. To compensate this we were offered a % off our next lunch however the discount amount was quite small in comparison to what we were overcharged.

Food was incredible. 1 bdrm villa spacious and luxurious. Best massage we’ve ever had!

1.5 hrs drive to airport

we had a two bedroom villa which was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner in a nearby hotel the 2nd night, and as there was no car available, one of the staff took us on foot, torchlight and all and picked us up again, what a fun experience! the view was breathtaking. Best massages ever!

it was rather chilly and we had to put on the heating on the aircon, as there are no radiators. Also, we couldn't ligt the nice fireplace in our living room, which was a shame. It seems, some of the features aren't working yet, it's a brand new resort.
