"Condo was good and clean but poor customer service"

Location was ok.

Instructions was given but no guidance to the room. No customer service. Only hotel security was there, did not render assistance with luggage, did not assist with opening room doors.No room service and bed never clean the next day!

"This was the reset I needed. Beautiful aesthetic property & so many wellness amenities."

The amenities here are incredible. Every night and anytime it’d rain, I’d use the sauna, steam room, and the hot & cold plunge baths. I had an ATV so the dirt road that it’s on was fun for me. The staff working there were so so nice and helpful. I hope to come back one day.

It rains a lot at some seasons and it’s a dirt road with lots of holes. Fine if the ATV but still messy.
