"Dark and unwelcoming ambiance"

Nice deep lap pool surrounded by foliage, only in sunshine for a few hours/ day. Nice balcony. Friendly helpful concierge.

Squeaky, wobbly , wooden bed frame. Synthetic-fibre sheets. Black walls, doors, windows, cupboards and railings everywhere. Grey furnishings. Chain-link railings on cross-walks give the feeling of a prison. Plunge pool is useless: black sides & wall, water covered in tree pollen , small, and absolutely not private; you're looking at 6 neighbours with the same pool and they're looking at you, plus other rooms have a direct view.

Équipement manquant / piscine privée sur la terrasse inutilisable car très sale / four et micro onde ne fonctionnait pas / très peu de vaisselle / pas de sac poubelle ni de Scott towel pour un séjour de 8 jours / un rouleau de papier toilette pour 8 jours / pas de torchon /

I loved the apartments, the room. The steam, Sauna, Hot & cold plunge, The long length swimming pool. Also had great security staff. Pools on the roof. Very quiet area. Not much noise. Very close to a great supermarket. The gym looked amazing. I will be staying here again in the future for sure.

That i had to leave. I originally booked to stay there a week but I kept on extending my stay there.

"In potentie een mooie plek met leuke faciliteiten in het gebouw maar verhuurder kan beter zijn best doen"

Het gebouw en de faciliteiten, een sauna, warme en koude baden, echt top! Het personeel van het gebouw was ook heel vriendelijk.

De service van de verhuurder kan wat ons betreft echt beter. Je krijgt een nummer van een conciërge maar daar hadden we weinig aan. We kregen 1 toiletrol (3 personen, 7 dagen) op de vraag om meer werd niet gereageerd. Er zou iemand komen kijken omdat het toilet vaak niet werkte, maar ook dat werd niet opgelost en op de vraag of er nog een keer iemand wilde komen kijken werd ook niet meer gereageerd via whatsapp. We gingen 1 week en handdoeken werden niet gewisseld, prullenbakken niet geleegd en niks schoongemaakt. Nu is de schoonmaak opzich niet zo’n probleem, maar je loopt veel zand binnen en dan zou het fijn zijn als je zelf even kunt bezemen of id. Dit is niet aanwezig. Het heeft wat ons betreft echt potentie voor een cijfer 9 als de verhuurder wat beter zijn best zou doen.
