The room curtains had mod.You need to ask for everything toilet paper, hair dryer, iron. The rooms need to clean better. The showers are old and had no pressure. There’s no hot water. Always something

I loved the location. The room was spacious and the parking was convenient. Only things I didn’t like is that there were only two towels, one coffee pod, and no ironing board in the room. Other than that I would stay here again.

showing signs of aging in the property. SHower flooded. I had maintenance come, didnt fix it. Stains all over the bench in the bedroom. seeing mold and mildew in corners.

Loved my stay, the room was clean, rooftop pool was very nice with a bar attached, everyone was helpful when it came to any questions about the area.

Overall, the property is great! Views are amazing. Apartments are very modern and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. 1 block from the beach and a 2-min walk to the longest stretch of open beach in Playa (from CTM to Punta Esmerelda). Only 3 blocks to 5th Ave (Quinta) with all the shops, bars, and restaurants and an easy walk to 38th street with its tree-sheltered cafes and restaurants. Big convenience stores are a short walk away and a major grocery store can be found 6 blocks away on 34th and 10th. However, the wifi in the building frequently chokes for up to 10 or 15 minutes at a time. Not good for online meetings or watching videos. Since there is no cell reception in the building, you can only use your mobile plan to solve the problem on the rooftop. But the rooftop can be noisy if the music is jacked up. I've taken video calls at local cafes, but those can be noisy as well. Tenants in the building have told me that they've repeatedly complained about the wifi but nothing has been done. Hopefully, this review will help change that. I'm a digital nomad and we tend to stay for months, not just a week or two. I would love to recommend this place to my colleagues but I can't if the wifi problem is not fixed. So, all in all, I would highly recommend it for anyone on vacation. If it's a working vacation, think twice.
