Great property and not expensive for the amenities.

Nice rooftop and room

great location- horrible communication. i booked a king bed & queen, didn’t get it. they told me they had none available- mind you i booked room in 2024. at check in, i wasn’t provided any info. just a key. not until i asked about beach club, wifi, a few days later. power went out twice, when leaving/arriving to hotel, nothing was mentioned about it & no update. they were even checking people in and not telling them about the power outage. it was about 4 hrs of no electricity. it sucked. they also have an ants problem, that was annoying. overall, it was perfect location for us but i will not be returning in the future.

Overall the size our room was great with living room and kitchen and bedroom. The TVs in the room weren’t working and not all outlets were working either. Location is great!

Amazing. The room was immaculate and the maids were amazing. Highly impressed. The rooftop pool was incredible - as well as the gym! Highly recommended ! We will come back Our only complaint is the WiFi and elevators work off and on

Great rooftop patio with pools, food and beverage. Easy walk to everything you need.

What a fiasco! First of all, when we arrived, there was a cleanliness issue in the first room. The toilet had a very strong smell of dried urine. I complained a few times, but they never sent anyone to clean it. It was visibly dirty on the pedestal. Then they lost electricity in the whole building, so the air-conditioning and elevators were out. After not being able to sleep because I was sweltering in the room I woke up in the morning to the sound of hammering, electric, saws, and construction. They ended up moving us to a different room and we had to drag our heavy suitcases down flights of stairs to the new room. The bathroom floor was filthy so we asked them to clean it while we went for a meal. When we returned back to the hotel room, our suitcases were laying on top of our beds because apparently the room had flooded while we were gone, and many of my items were soaked, including my makeup bag that had a lot of expensive make up. They eventually ended up letting us cancel the reservation and rebook somewhere else. But despite the fact that they allowed us to cancel, I would not stay there again due to the fact that I believe the building has a lot of water damage. It has a mildew smell in the lobby when you walk in.

My second time in 2 years at Singular. Great people and very convenient to lots of necessities. Thank you Isai and Antonio 😊
