Singular Dream Beach Residences

Everything was great. Took an hour to check in

Ideal location, but the condos are privately owned and it is difficult to get towels and toilet paper. There aren’t any security to enforce the rules to close the pool at 10pm. So it was very loud after 11pm with other guests screaming and yelling up in the roof top pool. We put trash out of the door and no one came to take it. Just not the service we expected. You get what you pay for.

At check in, the vibe was a bit eerie. The place had an abandoned feeling to it -- a bar without any drinks or bartender, lacked physical security and housekeepers in the building. However, it had a Beautiful room/ living area for a 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and a shared dining/living area. It accommodated to our needs, nice place--but may not go back in the future.

I liked everything, Especially the staff!

We were put directly under the workout room, which had people dropping weights at 7 AM. They said they would possibly be able to change a room and never did. The air conditioning didn’t work for two days and the “heated pool“ was never heated and I was told it was going to be, but never was, they told me multiple times they were going to heat it never going back

Good location . Service at the front desk wasn’t attentive. House keeping was great. Check out was at 11am other wise u get $50 charge for any extra hours . Roof top was beautiful . Did not have security a the door and sometimes there were no body at the front door . Good thing playa del Carmen is safe . Restaurant are 5 mins walk , 7eleven 3 min walk. Garage was can only fit 10-15 spots keep the in mind . U can park for free around the property between 10am -10pm. The apt front door looks were old and loose . Bedroom was 10/10 WiFi was 6/10 Overall I give this property a 7/10

It was wonderful.

Stay was okay but on one of the condos the AC wasn’t working. It took like a day to fix but they did fix it. The WiFi wasn’t great either but overall it was a good stay.
