Lovely location to explore Philadelphia by foot.

Our bed mattress was horrible. So saggy that sleeping on the floor seemed better, and when we told staff, they just flipped same mattress over. Only a slight improvement. The refrigerator turned everything into a solid block of ice.

"Beautiful room but more information needed before booking."

The room was large and everything was absolutely beautiful, new and well-kept. The location was ideal for us. Communication was excellent.

There was NO window in the room, which was weird and made the room dark. This was a first. Never have I had to check a website or virtual tour to make sure there is a window. We had trouble with remotes in the room: tv, air conditioning. Also, guests should know that the Florence room (#2) and room #1 are on the first floor as stated, but room #1 is RIGHT inside the main entrance.
