"Good"

Our stay was okay. We didn’t really have great communication on the global luxury suites side to extend our stay. Our toilet seat was little broken, shower water didn’t really get got & it wasn’t really clean.

"Terrible Experience "

I reserved a 2 bedroom apartment and received a one bedroom apartment. The concierge was of no help in getting another room and the number they gave us to call was unhelpful as well. They claimed someone would call or email me but it never happened. When we walked in the counter was dirty with grease and chicken crumbs and the placed smelled of freshly fried chicken. The TV in the bedroom did not work and the water in the shower was lukewarm, almost cold. I would not stay here again.

The property is new and every thing we expected in 2 bedroom apt. It was well maintained except the internet system was down when we were there. One thing missing in property is parking, It is 2-3 blocks away. Somehow if you can get the underground parking for residents that would be ideal. Lastly, Concierge service was really substandard. The 2-3 people I interacted with have no knowledge of building amenities, check in/out process and basics of surrounding area e.g. parking, restaurant etc. They need to be trained, all I was expecting could have been covered in 1 hr training!!! When the person at 3 pm did not check us in correctly, the new person woke us up multiple times around 10:30 in night!!

Terrible experience. No wifi, broken mattress, broken bedroom door, and the worst: no response to any form of communication, not even through Expedia claims. After all the inconveniences, I found out they had been hacked 15 days before. Conclusion: they knew the mess they had and they made me come there anyways. I lost money (I work online) and mentak health.

"Thus place did not honor our reservation"

When we arrived, we were told that they were unable to confirm with their computer system that we had a reservation. When Hotels.com called them and proved to them that we had a reservation, Global Luxury Suites refused to honor our reservation. After spending more than two hours on the phone with Hotels.com customer support, they were able to relocate us. If you book here, be prepared to have to seek alternative accommodations in case they pull a similar stunt on you.

When we first got there the lady at the front desk said they hadn’t made up our packets yet and we would have to wait. So we waited. 445 comes around as we are walking around dc and we go back trying to check in and are told they didn’t have a room number and couldn’t tell me any more. I called the number on my email and got someone to provide us with the room number and we finally got to our room. Once we got up there everything was clean however neither tv worked in the room or the living room and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and had been out for a while supposedly. So I asked the lady at the desk about the tv and she said that I had to go thru the email instead. So I called back to them and they say they will reach out to someone on call and get back to me. No one EVER CALLED.

"FRONT DESK STAFF/PARKING"

The stay was OK, the front desk staff is horrible! don't know any information about parking or tried to help me find a garage or anything, they seemed bothered once i asked a questions. the provided parking garage closes at 6 and they didn't tell us that, also closed earlier then 6 on Saturday wasn't able to park car.. front desk says no street parking and front desk had no idea where available parking was. then i found out you can park on the street overnight after front desk told me NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING. the communication was just horrible. never again! yall need a new front desk staff, they are CLUELESS. spent 200 plus only on parking when it was free and thats ridiculous.

"Scam!!!!"

They ask for IDs of everyone staying in the hotel overnight but it doesnt say that before you book. Beware!!

"Excellent "

It was very satisfied experience,apt was super clean,close to everything,national mall was only like 10 min from the apt and communication with the property management was fast and really nice apt.
