Global Luxury Suites at Tribeca

Loved this rental. So much better than squeezing into a hotel room and cheaper!

Neighborhood seems to be a little sketchy, especially at night.

I didn't enjoy my stay due to the fact of being located to another building, because they said something was wrong with the initial room i booked. No one called me to inform me about the changes. Then i was told that it would be a upgrade, and it wasn't a upgrade. So i basically paid for something that i Didn't get.

Nice place! Communication is a little rough as some the the communication was delayed and/or didnt provide enough info. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the bed was not the best, very creaky.

* It just need some touches. * Water shower is lukewarm. bummer. * I can tell that someone was in rush to clean the apt but it is doable. *Nice extra sheets/lines/towels *Bed is comfy. Sofa bed is ek. Enough for two or less days. *Love living room. I would chill all day and enjoy the view. *I stuggled with Check in on app but Customer service was helpful. Check in in person was smooth. front desk concierges are friendly. *nice pans however no salt and peppers. *Cute welcome gift came with basic needs. I would come again if the shower water is hot. good place for one or two people.

BEWARE!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Myself and my friend paid for the 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe apartment. When we are arrive Thursday night the 25th the concierge informs us they do no have the keys to our room. Originally we were told a different room number but they later changed it to another room before we arrived. We attempted calling the 24hour number listed on our agreement but no one answered for hours. After showing proof to the concierge that we are to be in a certain room she then takes us up to our to let us in with her master key. We walk in and there is clearly people staying there. We immediately leave the room and continue to call the 24hour line.still could not reach anyone. I call Expedia where eventually they are able to get them on the phone to call me. The lady I spoke was nice however she stated she just off her job and was just getting home so give a few minutes to look up my reservation. She then tries to find us a vacancy available. It is now 2 am. She finds us a vacancy but it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and it is dirty fingerprints on the wall hair in the sink. The ac was extremely loud as well. We left the next morning and went to the hotel next door.they even stated they have so many people that end there dealing with this property. We didn’t even mention their name the hotel already knew when we said we came from next door. EXPEDIA PLEASE TAKE THIS PROPERTY OFF THE SITE!!!

First thing I noticed when I got there wasthe door leasing to the balcony didn't lock, the bed felt like I was sleeping on the ground but besides that it was cool

I arrived to Tribca at 4:30pm to check in. The front desk staff said my room key was not ready and that they do not have any contact with the owner of the apartment so she could not help me at all. After an hour of calls to Global Luxury Suites and Expedia- I was finally able to have my room key available an hour later. In addition, there was no information about parking. I learned we have to walk almost two blocks to park at a public parking lot and pay for it. I wish this information was provided when booking for awareness. Next time, I will go with a traditional hotel booking with parking and front desk staff who are aware of my booking. The apartment was nice and I have no complaints with it.
