Avi Lux Stay

Location and amenities are great. Walking distance to beach, restaurant, shops, state park, and supermarket. The watertaxi downstairs is great . The restaurant downstairs has good food also. I recommend this stay.

The only downside is that if someone is sleeping on the pullout couch and they need to use the restroom, they have to go through bedroom,. But given that this place is in a hotel setting, that’s how hotels are anyway.

I liked that it was part of hotel

Dirty floor when meant we all got very dirty feet. This was really annoying and disgusting. Bed too bouncy, whenever my partner moved it woke me up Toilet flush broken Shower trim at bottom broken Squeaky bathroom door, it needs WD40 on the hinges. Because the bathroom was off the bedroom every time somebody went to the toilet in the night it woke other family members up.

Way to pricey for what we got Toilet did not work on first day Dated / old / dirty /stained furniture Noisy Moldy coffee in the coffee maker Too few towels for a family of 4 staying for 6 days Not a single cleaning included during our stay Busy elevators/long waits

The property is very nice and scenic, close to some nice restaurants and a shopping mall, unit was clean the only Down fall I would have would be the noise from the road, all the cars that drive by over the lifting bridge, other then that was great

This was the worst experience, not friendly environment, unhelpful staff, unsafe environment, terrible property management. Please don’t stay here.

Buenos días Deseándoles lo mejor. Mis expectativas no fueron las que esperaba. La estadía era de 6 noches pero solo me hospedé 3 noches. Se dialogó con hoteles .com y muy amablemente me colaboraron . Me es importante me indiquen cuánto tiempo de espera para reembolso de los dias no hospedados ya que me retiré antes, según lo que acorde con la asistente de hoteles .
