Avi Lux Stay

Location was excellent--a ten minute walk from the beach.

Location was good-close to mall, grocery store, + walking distance to beach, state park, on the water taxi route. The property manager responded quickly to our request for more towels. The pool was nice and open until 11.

It was much smaller than we imagined and had only a dorm size fridge. There was a basket style coffee maker with pods, street noise from bridge and sirens hindered sleep. Pricey-we stayed at a hotel right on the beach last year for same money and it had better amenities.

Close to the beach

It was not clean. If you step on the balcony, you would need either wash them after or through away your socks. Sheets was not clean either. Peaces of bed falling off. Did smell good. Room was not ready at 4PM for check in, had to wait for over an hour with hungry and tired kids at the lobby. Microwave did not work, even its door wasn’t locked and light from there was all night long. Also for 5 of us, me, my wife and 3 kids, they provided at first only one comforter and no sheets and not enough towels. Plus if you want your room to get cleaned up during your stay then you have to pay for it.

The additional charge for parking a vehicle.

The location to the beach and great for water taxi.

I had trouble getting all the apartment lights to turn on.
