Avi Lux Stay

The apartment was so clean and the houst was so helpful true the whole experience. We even got the apartment cleaned one extra time thru our 8 nights there. We could not be more satisfied with this stay. Pool area was great and they had a restaurant and bar with nice staff. Will definitely rent one of this units again. Looks really like the pictures!

Had an amazing view and the inside was also beautiful And the bartender outside downstairs by the pool was amazing and funny!! Will miss him

The Room is a family concept, excellent, super comfortable, beautifully decorated apartment, beautiful surroundings and a super beautiful view: * The kitchen is super equipped with all the necessary utensils: Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, plates & cutlery, the basic amount needed. * Its location is close to the beach and Las Olas. * Parking a fair charge if you bring a car. * Quiet area and a good place to go out and have fun. * Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. * Excellent air conditioning. * Comfortable pool area with a nice view. *Restaurant and bar on the first floor. *Host is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment was located only a few minutes walk from the beach and also the local nature reserve. It was also connected to the city water taxi stops; although we didn't use the facility that could have been useful. The apartment itself was reasonable; modern and fairly spacious.

I wouldn't choose to stay here again. The booking was through a third party and not the property directly and this meant that there was some confusion when we arrived; that isn't really what you need after a long journey. For some reason they had difficulty booking us in on their systems. This perhaps wasn't the fault of the apartment host but we were told that the booking for us was only made on the day of our arrival. We had made our booking weeks before. Payment was also somewhat stressful as I had to pay the day prior to arrival and trying to do this whilst wandering around Disney and being messaged on WhatsApp was not the most helpful. I had been expecting to pay at the reception like you would often normally do. The apartment had an adjoining door meaning the noise from the neighbours was clearly heard. Pay attention to the description; it explains that the apartment overlooks the city and not the coast. This means you get a prime view of a trailer yard and a shopping centre. The balcony was nice and big though but the pictures clearly reference sea views. We did not have all of the bedding for the four of us but the staff helped us quickly. It all felt a bit 'odd' and, for this reason I would not choose this property again. None of the problems we experienced were communicated to the owner/agent as I took the view that they would merely call the apartment when they were working hard to try and resolve. Ditto with the bedding and the adjoining door.

It was cozy

Limited amenities as far as toilet paper and towels for the total amount of guests that were staying. It was a little smaller than we thought it was but any complaints we had they fixed.

It was very clean, smelled great, nice balcony and there’s was a decent amount of space. We were able to leave our bags with valet and they were very kind. Staff was nice.

It was very far away from Miami which I didn’t check before booking, but that’s really my only complaint.

Superb apartment and hotel amenities, great location, amazing view. Very nice host, who responded instantly to all our requests. Enjoyed watching the sunrise, sunset amd river bridge from the balcony!

Internet was disconnecting daily (security reasons I guess which is ok but inconvenient due to the long stay , 10 days) and could not connect internet devices like alexa but phone and laptop worked fine, good speed.

The apartment was so beautiful and I loved the balcony, and watching the lift bridge. I was there NYE 23 for a few days before taking a cruise and it couldn't have been a better location! Mall next door and lots of stores and grocery stores across the street. The beach is a 15 min walk and it's a cute little boardwalk experience at night. Super glad I booked it and would absolutely stay again!
