The pictures and description on the hotel’s website are so far from accurate that it should be a crime. Outdated and overpriced. I should have paid more attention to the two stars. Check in was by kiosk with no live receptionist. Horrible! Couldn't watch the college game when we arrived because the TV needed pairing and the tech was shared by multiple hotels. Don’t know if he ever showed up. It was going to be a couple of hours so we headed to a sports bar. Shouldn’t someone check for pairing before arrival?

Everything. I hate writing and leaving these types of reviews, but this hotel needs major changes. Such a disappointment.

It could have complimentary breakfast would be better, if not, maybe pastries or muffins

Head shower pressure other than that I loved everything
