Size of the room, Comfortable bed. FREE water and coffee at the ground level. Water pressure is strong. Fast internet.

No safety deposit box. Personally, I got confused how to turn the knobs in the shower :).

Everything was perfect, the hotel was always clean, the room cleaners were exceptional, they only needed a tip box, the only thing they were missing was security in the mornings.
