Está ubicado en un lugar estratégico y se puede utilizar el restaurante y la discoteca del Hard Rock hotel, también hay un restaurante bueno y bonito dentro del complejo. Lo que deben mejorar es la recogida de desechos porque no había una señal para saber donde se depositan.

At the time of the check-in, we realize that it was not a hotel It was a litlle confused and inconvinient, but the person at the condominium lobby was so friendly and guided us through the stay.

Well I’m general it was ok, but very important points for travellers on vacation were missing. 1. They charge the rate per day without electricity and then charge extra for it. A hotel does it better. 2. They want you to collect the garbage and to bring it to manage to the outside of the building. You go to rest not to work. 3. Beach is ok to walk to for someone with full access to walk 20-30 minutes, but not to everyone. They offer an overpriced ride to take you to the beach. 4. There are not nearby attractions nor restaurants nor facilities to grant access to Uber eats drivers to deliver anything to you, so that forces you to go out at night and or have a rental car. 5. In conclusion, they have a business to make money, there is not interest in making any travellers experience memorable for good reasons. I won’t go back nor that I will recommend to anyone I know. They have good potential, I hope they use it soon.

Great property! I didnt like they charge you $20 per day upon arrival which i didn't know until i got there. Plus, i receive a text yesterday from someone there asking me what happen to one of the knives there and why they found it broken. They asked me to pay to replace which I thought was odd!!

Solo una de 3 televisores funcionaban y la host no dio la asistencia oportuna para solucionar. Adicionalmente nos cobraron 40 USD por consumo eléctrico. Lo veo abusivo.

Do not rent from these folks. Key lock wasn't working properly, hot tub empty and not usable. No interest in any sort of customer service. Absolutely my worst ever rental experience, on any platform. Expedia should remove them

Everyone was nice and very respectful, the place was clean and the pool area was great

Please bring toothpaste and soap. They don’t clean the property unless you leave. You have go pay $20 a day for light and $30 for cleaning which is when u leaving. Limited amount of tissue. No extra garbage bin
