Great breakfast, room was spacious and clean

Check-in was problematic, no staff was on the premises and we had received no advance information on accessing our room. Could not immediately reach the owner by phone.

Uns war die Nähe zum Yosemite Park wichtig. Das war wirklich top.

Gerne hätten wir etwas weniger bezahlt vor allem auch weil wir das tolle Frühstück nicht einnehmen konnten. Uns war es wichtig früh aufzubrechen. Vielleicht kann die Option für die Zukunft angeboten werden.

The location is wonderful in the middle of nature, and the owner is kind and welcoming

Nothing. It was fantastic

It was quiet, cute, and close to Yosemite. Very pretty morning view. The host was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was cool.

There wasn’t a shower only a tub, which I wasn’t expecting but maybe I missed that in the description. The toilet paper roll was low and no extras were in the room.

The breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit! And the staff was really nice. Great communication on how to get there and other instructions.

When we needed a take out breakfast, I asked for hard boiled eggs to be added to yogurt and muffin for protein. I appreciated the owner complying with my request and offering a banana as well.

The common area of the house looked a bit dated but was ok. The bedroom was worn looking. There was not enough light in the room. We brought a living area floor lamp into our room so we could see. A lampshade in our room was in terrible condition and needs replacing. The steps into the property are steep and numerous and in need of repainting. Our room and the common area were stifling hot when we arrived. Turn the air on low in advance please.

There is a bathtub but no standing shower

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting Yosemite and is surrounded by beautiful nature. Also the breakfast was the best of our entire trip (freshly prepared blueberry pancakes, potato patties, fresh fruit, toast, etc.).
