Very clean and low in price. Cereal breakfast and helpful staff

Beds were super comfortable. Tub needs some kind of texture added as it's VERY slippery and someone will end up falling if not added (I almost did several times). My grandson is 6' 4" tall. The shower head came to the to of his stomach. I'm only 5' 7" and it was too low for me to use comfortably also. Could use a chair in the room because not everyone likes, it is comfortable, hanging out on their bed Otherwise nice room. Staff, even with limited office hours, were cheerful and accommodating and easily reached when office was closed.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable.

Clean room, comfortable beds, Hot shower friendly service. We'll definitely stay here again if where back in the area.

Very inexpensive but low in price and clean

My room was immaculately clean and it was obvious that it was recently renovated- pleasing paint, new bathroom fixtures, new furniture, comfy bed, great tv, microwave & mini fridge. Not a whiff of smoke as another reviewer mentioned! The heat & air unit had plenty of settings that suited my needs. Yes, a little hard to find without an expensive sign, just keep going west on Elm and look for the newly painted exterior with the Now Open sign. I could tell this young couple is really trying to make a go of providing a locally owned business. I recommend that you give them a chance.

As mentioned in other reviews this hotel is nothing to look at from the outside as they have been renovating, but we were satisfied with our stay and will stay there again as we will be passing by once more. Nothing fancy. Excellent price. No breakfast. Bed was excellent. Shower was excellent. The young woman who greeted us did a very good job.

The hotel is currently under renovations with half of the units not available for rent. The other half that I stayed in was completed and in excellent condition. The hotel was clean and the customer service was good albeit they were short staffed and front desk was available for certain hours. I was only there for one night. The amenities are adequate for those of us who are there for short stays.

We stayed at the Maple tree in knowing that it was still being remodeled, but we were not prepared for the condition it was in. Although there is a non-smoking policy for the hotel, our room smelled terribly of cigarette and we had to buy sprays to try to keep the stench down. The floors were damp when we arrived and the sheets stayed slightly damp throughout our visit. We certainly could’ve used a better mattress, and it would’ve been nice to have soap and possibly shampoo. We also had to go out for flyswatter’s to kill all the flies that were in the room. The proprietors were nice, but I don’t believe they were ready to open this facility yet—it didn’t even have a sign to indicate the name of the inn. We wish them luck, but doubt we’ll stay here again.
