Maple Tree Inn

The interior remodeled areas were very nice clean and pleasant. Outside was clean but very plain, no pool or outside areas to relax. Guy at front desk very helpful and friendly. Very nice place to stay overnight!

The are in the process of remodeling. The room was nice. The only thing was the shower looked like it wasn’t totally cleaned from the last time. There were soap stain on the shelf. All in all, was good.

The hotel has been renovated and is quite nice. The location is right off the highway so it’s not a great neighborhood but very easy to get to and from the hotel. Great food options in the area.

The comforter was dirty, there were bugs on the floor. The TV was complicated to turn on (Which I succeeded at), but would not change channels and I would not watch Spongebob. They had a problem with the computer and our reservation did not get carried over. So, the only double bed room available needed repairs. They gave us a discount and I was okay with it.

Yes this hotel is under construction but the room was clean. Bed super soft. The showrr would peel paint but worked wonders for sore muscles. We arrived early and was able to check in. We were exhausted from driving from Durango CO. The staff were the nicest ppl. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. Clean, comfortable room. Only downside is their business sign is nonexistent making it somewhat difficult to locate from a distance.

The property was in the process of being updated and it was just fine. Looking forward to staying here again.

Over the last few years we’ve stayed here several times. Each time has seen new cosmetic improvements. It’s a great little motel - clean, cozy and somewhat away from noise. Doesn’t look like much when you pull up, but it has it where it counts. Great deal for the price.

During our stay we have heard constant fighting from other people staying here, the bath tub has some kind of stain in it making it look very dirty i almost didnt want to take a shower, and then we found cocroaches in our room. I would absolutely never go back here again!!!!

The price was excellent!! I am sure we will be coming back to this motel. Up
