Maple Tree Inn

I arrived at the Maple Tree Inn to find out that I didn't have a room. Attendant said that Expedia overbooked room & all rooms were taken. I had already paid for room and had confirmation. I was out of a room for the two scheduled days. I think Expedia should compensate me if I get confirmation and find that I have no accommodations. Let's hear what you have to say.

Didn't get the room because water pipes blew

Very quiet. Easy, friendly check in.

Chocolates on the pillow was a nice touch

Older motel but trying yo update.

This property has had recent improvements. There was no vacancy while we were there. We were called by the property manager before check in to make sure we were coming and our arrival time. They asked us to delay our arrival so that our rooms would be ready, which was no problem. Check in was swift. The rooms were comfortable. I was surprised when I entered the bathroom and the tub was so stained that I thought they had sprayed it and forgot to clean it. It looked as if someone dyed their hair in it and didn't wash it out. The housekeeper had left things from the previous guest on the TV stand. I think this could be a really nice stay with just a little more TLC. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. There is no elevator-so if your luggage is heavy it might be a task to get it upstairs. It is easy to find and close to a nice truck stop style restaurant.

Very warm welcome from Paula and Annette and I would be very happy to recommend people to stay here. What is nice is that the motel is not a big chain and they have worked very hard to upgrade the motel to a good standard. I was travelling by bicycle and the ladies could not have been more helpful. Paula at check-in was excellent! Room was recently remodeled, and was very nice. bed was super comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. Air conditioner worked great. Hot water was super hot black out. Curtains were nice motel close to the freeway but did not hear any traffic would definitely stay again.

Management was very accommodating, even offered me a bowl of chicken and dumplings which was wonderful. No dislikes would definitely stay there again.

Our bath tub was disgusting we couldn’t even shower. We had a double bed room but ended up only sleeping on one bed due to something being on the sheets of the other one. You’re right off the highway so if your a light sleeper enjoy hearing the sirens if there are any.
